How to Increase your Redbubble Sales
1. Create Trending Designs
A great way to get more visibility on Redbubble is by designing around trending topics.
Here’s how to find trends:
- Click on the search bar in Redbubble, and you’ll see a list of trending searches.
- Type in a letter (or multiple letters), and Redbubble will auto-suggest popular searches related to what customers are looking for.
💡 Pro Tip: While creating trend-based designs, make sure to avoid copyrighted topics unless you’re part of Redbubble’s Fan Art Partner Program.
2. Add Your Store Name or Social Media Handle in Tags
This is an easy but powerful trick! Many buyers search for artists by name rather than navigating through links.
What to do:
- Include your Redbubble store name as a tag.
- If your social media handle is different from your Redbubble name, add both versions to your tags.
For example, my store is julieerindesign (due to a character limit), but on Instagram, I’m julieerindesigns—so I tag both versions to ensure people can find me.
3. Add Your Shop Link to the Description
This tip helps increase multiple sales by directing buyers to more of your products.
How to do it:
- Add your Redbubble shop link directly into the product description.
- If a customer likes your design, they can copy and paste your shop link to browse your entire store.
I’ve seen an increase in multi-product sales, especially stickers and t-shirts, by doing this.

4. Ensure Every Product Looks Professional
Your store’s presentation matters! A clean, professional-looking storefront builds trust with customers and makes them more likely to buy.
Make sure your designs look great on all products:
- Use transparent backgrounds for stickers and t-shirts.
- Adjust the placement and scaling of your design so it looks well-proportioned.
- Disable any products that don’t fit the design well (white space, awkward cropping, etc.).
First impressions matter! A polished storefront makes your brand look more trustworthy and encourages more sales.
5. Share your Products on Pinterest
Pinterest is one of the best platforms for driving long-term, free traffic to your Redbubble shop.
Here’s how to do it:
- Use Redbubble’s “Share” button to pin your products directly to Pinterest.
- Go to the product page for more mockup options and share different variations.
- Use a mockup service like PlaceIt to create high-quality, lifestyle mockups for your pins.
Pinterest acts like a visual search engine, so once you post a pin, it can keep bringing you traffic for months (or even years)!
